Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Larah now resides in Tarrytown after opening Hudson River Eye Care in 2013. She is an Optometrist by trade, and mother to two children in the local school district (Marco and Nora). She is the current President of the Rotary Club of the Tarrytowns, and in her free time loves triathlons, playing classical piano, fostering way too many cats with a local organization, and investing in real estate.

Nicole is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has been in the health & fitness field for the past decade. After spending many years in traditional rehab settings, Nicole started KANA Physical Therapy & Wellness because she believes that people deserve more. She is committed to changing the standard of care by providing rehab, performance & wellness services that encompass the person as a whole, is tailored to their lifestyle and centered around their needs. By giving people access to comprehensive care, education and solutions, Nicole helps individuals make lasting changes to their lifestyle so they can get back to doing the things they love. She is devoted to helping people in-person and digitally through her Tarrytown location right on Main Street. When Nicole is not “PT-ing” you can find her spending time with friends & family, trying new recipes and exploring new places with her husband and 4-legged friend Murphy!.

Marianne LePore is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with over eleven years of experience at Corcoran Legends Realty, motivated by her deep appreciation for the Hudson Valley’s beauty and history. She actively contributes to the community by serving on the Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, roles that enhance her professional knowledge. Beyond real estate, Marianne dedicates her time to the Garden Empire Volleyball Association board and chairs the CSEA Retiree Local 921 Supervisory Committee. She views her real estate work as a service-oriented endeavor focused on meeting client needs, a philosophy rooted in her extensive career in civil service and banking. In her leisure time, Marianne passionately engages with classic film, co-presiding over the Friends of TCM Hudson Valley and Westchester.
